Google Calendar integration is coming live to 3Sum this week!

I could not be more excited about this integration. Users will be able to create a branded note taker bot, add it to any Google Calendar meeting, and then receive a personalized follow up immediately after the call.

For the first time ever, users will be able to connect their Telegram chats directly with Calendar meetings and the emails of the participants associated.

It's an absolute banger of a product and I could not be more excited to roll this out! Currently live in closed beta.

Refreshed All Chats Page, Including Keyboard Shortcuts

Live right now is a completely redesigned chats page including shortcuts for quick actions:

• Navigate Up/Down (⌥ + ↑/↓)

• Chat (↵)

• Reminder (⌥ + R)

• Note (⌥ + N)

New Prompts Inside The Action Station

3Sum now goes beyond just summarizing! Our new and improved Action Station includes:

• Key Action Items - Action items and commitments displayed as chat, next action, last topic

• Chat Summaries - Concise summaries of chat conversations displayed as chat, summary, topics, and sentiment

• No Replies - Conversations where no one replies to me displayed as chat, recommended action, and last topic

• Support Requests - Support and documentation related inquiries displayed as chat, summary, urgency level, and product area

• Message Frequency Analysis - Analyzes message frequency and patterns displayed as chat, frequency trend, and engagement score

• Keywords - Allows to track keywords in messages displayed as chat, text, and keyword

Other Improvements

We've been shipping like crazy. Here are some other things that might have changed since you've last tired 3Sum.

• Action Station Improvements - Improved the speed of the Action Station results dramatically

• • 1 month cold start -> from ~7minutes to ~1.5 minute

• • 1 month warm start -> from ~2minutes to 10-30 seconds

• Summary Loading Screen - Previously, if you changed tabs while the summary was generating, it would cancel the process. This has been corrected so the user can change tabs without interfering.

• Adding Shortcuts To Chat View - Users can now add reminders, notes, or other context directly from the chat screen. Shortcuts work from the messenger window.

• Messenger Improvements - Various improvements to the in-app messenger like supporting 70+ message types, showing dates, and updating in real time

In conclusion, that should be it! We have a ton of exciting releases coming up in the next couple of weeks and I couldn't be more excited to share with you all.

We've gotten our first paying customers, have a laundry list of feature requests, and are running on fumes but the support has kept us flowing.
