Finally, a native Telegram + Hubspot integration

Rolling out today to our early beta testers, 3Sum users will be able to connect Telegram chats to various Hubspot records.

Any time chat data is updated, the associated Hubspot record will receive the update.

Data that can be sent to Hubspot:

• Telegram chat tile, last message time, and link

• Chat participants, usernames, and bios

• AI analysis (summaries, key action items, etc.)

• Meetings, notes, and meeting summaries

• Reminders, associated note, and author

• Notes, timestamped, with any updates

• And more 👀

Soon, 3Sum will become a tool to manage your communications and be able to update associated tools for your team.

Telegram, Google Meets, and Slack - All In One View

At the beginning of December, we rolled out our Google Calendar integration to our batch of beta testers.

This enabled users to be able to send a branded meeting note taker to their video meetings. Af the meeting, users receive a report with a summary, key take aways, and other items.

Most importantly, this connected Telegram chats to video meetings. Associating emails with Telegram handles.

Well, now we've rolled out our Slack integration to provide a complete 360 view of your teams activities.

View meeting notes, associated Telegram records, AI analysis, and more. All without ever leaving your favorite tool of choice!

🚨 Revamped Reminders 2.0 🚨

Reminders have been a staple of 3RM and they will continue to be so for 3Sum and beyond

Ultimately, you shouldn't even need to set a reminder. I'd love to get the product to a place where you can just ping someone that you will circle around in a couple of days and the reminder will be automatically created for you.

Until then, we're working as quickly as we can to get there.

This past week, we rolled our an entirely updated "Reminders" page and flow.

• Revamped table page

• Created one time vs. recurring reminders

• Quick create reminders with pre-suggested options

• Create multiple reminders

• Add notes to reminders

• New shortcuts for quickly clearing or updating

• Quick view of reminders

• Other small fixes

Other fixes and improvements

• 📌 Showing context of reminders and AI analysis in the "pinned messages" section of the message view

• 🐥 Updated the table view UI to have more separation between cells

• 🌱 Adjusted selected table row UI

• 📈 Scaled down the "side car" menu in the messages view to provide more visible context

• 🦉 Changed the name of the "Action Station" to AI Analysis

• 🖼️ Redesign of Action Station stats

• 🔩 Updated Telegram connection settings to allow more flexibility of changing accounts

• 🧲 Added right-click message options in the messenger

• 💖 Enabled either "back arrow" or "esc" to exit modules

• 📆 Added "date" to chats page

• 🔎 Redesigned the menu bar to remove the previous hover effect

• 💪 Improvements made around 1 week, 2 week, and 1 month AI Analysis time frames

• 📲 Now display Telegram status messages in chats

• ♻️ Continuous running of the AI Analysis page regardless if user stays on the page or not
